11.20.2021 Book Launch: The Hive. Chester, CT

The Hive in Chester, CT is hosting a book launch for my new book from 4p-6p on Saturday November 20th. Anyone is welcome, and this is a free event!

Happy Harvest (my husband’s sustainability business) will be there as well with his CBD products and flower essences, including a flower essence called Align that helps you energetically foster authenticity.

We will also be graced with Jenn from Chester’s new shop, River Witch Candle Company. She crafted special candles for you, just for the event. She is truly wonderful and has built in the frequency of finding alignment, as the candles are infused with sage, sapphire and a bit of magic!

This will be a quick meet and greet kind of event, so I highly recommend you explore the downtown.

A sample itinerary if you would like to explore downtown!

The Hive is walking distance between all of these places :)

Before the event:

If you are a coffee drinker, stop by Simon’s Marketplace or The Villager beforehand.

Or if you are a beer person, you can stop by Little House Brewery for a beer before the event. It’s located in almost a 200 year old building. A bunch of awesome guys run the place. They have amazing drinks & bar snacks, great atmosphere.

If you like mixed drinks, I highly recommend the River Tavern. The Gold Rush is my favorite drink if you want to try it! They also make incredible guac and homemade chips.

Stop by the book launch anytime between 4-6

Enjoy some dinner afterwards!

If you love pizza, please check out Otto Pizza across the street! If you want to stay bundled up, you can eat outside! I highly recommend the Margherita pizza and the greek salad. But I also switch it up with the fennel salad from time to time.

If you prefer Italian, please check out Grano Arso. It’s incredible. You may need a reservation for this.

If Thai food is your jam, check out Thai Riverside.

A good ol’ fashioned bar- The Pattaconk. (Of note, if you spend the night in the area, The Pattonconk has the biggest Bloody Mary bar in CT on Sundays, just saying.)

River Tavern is very, very good, you may need to make a reservation.

After dinner, you can check out some art galleries and small shops in town as well!

And for dessert before you head home:

Honeycone Craft Ice Cream! Located right down town they make homemade ice cream with local ingredients. They are known for their unique ice cream flavors.
