A tool for quantum leaps

Do you feel like the reality around you does not match who you are?

Do you feel that there are parts of you that are unexpressed?

Do you feel like the life you are creating is off track?

Do you feel stuck or uneasy in your physical body?

Do you feel like you are not living up to your full potential?

If this is you, you are likely residing on a lower timeline.

A timeline is a quantum concept- timelines are basically the life “track” that you are on based on the frequency you are emitting. We can unconsciously emit a lower vibration- playing out events, jobs & relationships that are not in alignment with us.

Because your energy & frequency are fluid, you can consciously shift your energy and even hop timelines into a reality that is in alignment with you.

You can step onto a timeline where your reality is in full alignment with you... where events, careers and relationships are a full expression of the most authentic version of you.

To uncover this alignment, you simply need to shift and maintain an aligned frequency. It just takes focus.

Many years ago I started to use a soul print to help me shift my frequency. A soul print is a collection of images that resonate with a lifestyle of your highest, aligned frequency.

I put images (that were intended to go on my vision board) into a photo album instead. The album contained images of color palettes, my health, my passions, how I want to feel in relationships, and more- all things that feel good to me.

With an album, I was able to sit with every image, see if it truly resonated, and foster an authentic vibration by feeling the emotion in my body that was associated with the image.

I didn't just save 5-6 pictures of "goals", I saved an entire photo album of a lifestyle surrounding those goals.

And that was what helped me uncover alignment within myself & quantum leap into an aligned timeline.

Once my soul print was completed cover to cover, I would sit with it every morning and absorb the vibration every single picture. I would remove an image if it no longer resonated with me, and I kept any photos that inspired me. I stayed in the space of the photographs until I felt the emotion as if I was already in attainment of the feelings and experiences in my album.

And then my life began to shift.
